A work email code or a colleague invite verifies on the spot; a reference, a LinkedIn export or a pay slip covers employers without a work email. Verification lasts 12 months, then a fresh code.
Start at the pace you choose
Moonlighter, Part-timer or Independent. Keep the job and take evening-sized gigs under a weekly cap, or open up the whole platform when you are ready. Change stage whenever life changes.
