Sign in with your WorkOfficially account, pick an active hourly contract, and press start.
- Randomized screenshots (about 6-9 per hour) prove the work happened - blur them if you prefer.
- Activity is measured from how many keyboard/mouse events occur. We never record what you type.
- Lose your connection and it keeps tracking, then syncs when you're back online.
- Stop anytime. Your hours appear on your weekly time sheet for the client to approve.
One-time setup on macOS.
macOS asks for two permissions the first time you track:
- Screen Recording - so the app can capture screenshots.
- Accessibility - so it can count keyboard/mouse activity (counts only).
The app links you straight to the right System Settings panel and won't start tracking until they're granted. Windows and Linux need no special permissions.
Monitoring you can trust.
Capture only happens while a timer is running, with a visible recording indicator and a strip showing your most recent screenshots. No keystroke content, no audio, no webcam - ever. You consent before the first capture.
Uploaded diary data (screenshots + activity) is retained as a work record for disputes and audits, per the contract terms.
